![]() The Brewhouse Brewery is a 4.3 barrel (36 galls) brew plant, located behind a glazed screen and fully visible to customers from the bar lounge. The brewery was commisioned in October 2009 and refurbished and extended in March 2011. It comprises a hot liquor tank, mash tun, traditional polished copper and five fermentation vessels. We can brew daily every week - a brewing session taking eight hours from start to finish. If we do brew daily we can create just under 6000 pints of cask ale per week! We follow traditional brewing techniques and use only the finest English malt and hops. A number of different ales are brewed and we try to ensure that at least three of our beers are available at any time. For more details please visit www.dunscarbridgebrewery.co.uk For a pdf file detailing the brewing process click here Our Ales include:
Lancashire Boiler:
3.8% abv – a traditional pale and hoppy session ale made from goldings and fuggles hops. Dunscar Bridge:
4.2% abv - a rich medium coloured ale with toffee flavours and made from hedgerow hops.

4.7% abv - a powerful yet silky smooth ale for those who prefer a bit of a punch! Bronze Bomber:
